In the last newsletter, all subscribers were informed that we were going to be having a healthy hair bootcamp from the 1st of June to 31st of July. The hour is upon us. If you're interested in participating, go to this link to register. Kindly join our network: If you're interested in participating, first register on the SIZZLINGHUB social network then add your name to the RSVP list stating which level you want to be participating in. The next step is to join the healthy hair bootcamp group too. Don't forget to post your 'before' pictures in the group stating which level you want to be participating in. To help a few people begin this journey, we shall be giving out gifts to the first five people who register for the bootcamp.
You cannot fix braids or weaveon during this period. My advice is that you should have a retouch at the beginning of the bootcamp so that your hair looks presentable during this period.
There are going to be five different levels:
1. Level one:
- Deep conditioning with a moisturizing conditioner with heat at least once a week.
2. Level two:
- Prepoo with a protein conditioner once a week
- Deep conditioning with heat at least once a week
3. Level three:
- Prepoo with a protein conditioner once a week
- Deep conditioning with heat at least once a week
- Incorporating oils into your regimen e.g. Jamaican black castor oil, olive oil, coconut oil
4. Level four:
- Prepoo with a protein conditioner once a week
- Deep conditioning with heat at least once a week
- Incorporating oils into your regimen e.g. Jamaican black castor oil, olive oil, coconut oil
- No direct heat: only rollersetting allowed. (What this means is that no hot blow dryers or flat irons. Only blow dryers on cold setting can be used).
5. Level five: the ultimate challenge.
- Prepoo with a protein conditioner once a week
- Deep conditioning with heat at least once a week
- Incorporating oils into your regimen e.g. Jamaican black castor oil, olive oil, coconut oil
- No heat whatsoever including rollersetting. You can only air dry your hair or use a blowdryer on a COLD setting.
***Every level is going to avoid Sodium lauryl sulfate shampoos!
If you're interested in getting Jamaican black castor oil for this bootcamp, please send me an email. Thank you
